Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 · Effective: October 2026
Welcome to EmojiAll (emojiall.cn, the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form the agreement between you and the Site regarding your use of the Site. Please read them carefully before use; by accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. The service
The Site provides browsing, search, and explanations of emoji, along with a number of small online tools and lightweight games. The service is provided free of charge and requires no registration. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as operational needs require, and will try to announce this on the Site in advance.
2. License and acceptable use
Provided you comply with these Terms, you may browse and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use automated scripts, crawlers, or similar means to scrape the Site at high frequency or in bulk in a way that strains our servers;
- attempt to bypass, break, or interfere with the Site’s security mechanisms, access restrictions, or normal operation;
- copy, mirror, or redistribute the Site’s content wholesale, or use it to build a competing site of the same kind;
- use the Site or its content in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading to others;
- upload or submit content containing malicious code, unlawful material, or material that infringes the rights of others.
3. Intellectual property
The Site’s page structure, original text, graphics, and code belong to the Site or the relevant rights holders and are protected by copyright and similar laws. Emoji themselves are part of the Unicode standard, and their artwork is designed and owned by the respective platforms (such as Apple, Google, and Microsoft); the Site references and describes them only to the extent necessary.
You may quote content from the Site for reasonable purposes such as study or writing, provided you credit the source and link back to the Site. You may not use the content for commercial publication or paid products without our prior written permission.
4. Content you submit
When you email us feedback, you may submit text. You confirm that this content is your own work or that you are otherwise lawfully entitled to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree that we may consider and adopt these suggestions when improving the Site without additional compensation.
5. Third-party links and advertising
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and displays advertising through third-party services such as Google AdSense. That third-party content is supplied by the relevant providers; the Site cannot control its accuracy, security, or legality and accepts no responsibility for it. Any transaction or dispute between you and a third party is for you and that party to resolve.
Because ads are served on this Site, third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies in your browser and may use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to collect information. For details and opt-out instructions, see our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The content is provided for reference, learning, and discussion. Emoji meanings vary by context, region, and platform; we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate but give no express or implied warranty as to its completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any judgement or decision you make on the basis of the content is your own responsibility.
- Results produced by the tools are for reference only and should not be used where strict accuracy is required;
- the Site is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by network failures, third-party outages, or events beyond its control;
- the Site is provided “as is” and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including but not limited to lost profits or lost data) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where applicable law does not permit such a limitation, the relevant provision applies to the extent the law allows.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be published on this page with a revision date and take effect on publication. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the Site.
9. Governing law and disputes
The formation, validity, interpretation, and performance of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the Site should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, the dispute may be submitted to a competent people’s court where the operator of the Site is located.
