Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · This policy applies to emojiall.cn and all of its pages
Thank you for using EmojiAll (the “Site”). We try to collect only the information the Site needs to function, and this page explains plainly what data we process, why, who we share it with, and how you can control it. By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
1. Information we collect
The Site is a browsing and reference service that requires no registration, and we do not ask you for your name, phone number, address, or similar personal details. The information that may be involved is as follows:
- Tool input: whatever you enter into Emoji to Image, Emoji Maker, or similar tools is computed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded or stored.
- Basic access logs: our servers may record routine information such as the time of access, requested path, referring page, IP address, and browser and device type, in order to diagnose faults and measure traffic.
- Identifiers and similar technologies: the Site and third-party advertising services may use cookies, web beacons, and device or browser identifiers for analytics and ad delivery. See sections 3 and 4 below.
- Local storage: game scores and interface preferences are kept only in your browser and disappear when you clear your browsing data.
- Information you send us: when you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to answer you.
2. How we use information
The information above is used only to keep the Site working, to understand overall traffic, to improve the content, and to reply to your feedback. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for purposes unrelated to how the Site works.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies or local storage to remember your preferences (for example whether the sidebar is expanded, or your theme choice), and may rely on third-party services for analytics and advertising. For the specific types of cookie, what they do, and how to turn them off, see our Cookie Policy.
4. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)
The Site displays advertising through Google AdSense to cover server and operating costs. As required by Google’s publisher policies, we disclose the following explicitly: because ads are served on this Site, third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies in your browser, and may also use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to collect information.
- Third-party vendors: third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and/or other websites.
- Advertising cookies: Google uses advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to enable it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Technologies involved: the data collection described above involves cookies, web beacons (also called pixel tags), IP addresses, and device and browser identifiers.
- Personalized advertising: if you would prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can opt out through Google Ads Settings; you can also turn off personalized advertising cookies from some third-party vendors collectively at aboutads.info.
- How Google uses data: for how Google uses data when you use sites or apps of its partners, see Google’s official explanation; see also Google’s description of the technologies it uses on partner sites.
5. Consent for users in the EEA and the UK
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we will ask for your consent before storing or reading cookies and similar technologies on your device and before serving personalized advertising, in line with local law and Google’s EU User Consent Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the consent prompt on the page or through your browser settings; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out previously on the basis of that consent.
6. Information we do not collect
To avoid any misunderstanding: the Site does not collect your precise location (for example data from GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell towers), does not use Google products or services to identify you personally, and does not merge personally identifying information you provide with previously collected non-personally identifying information. We also do not target advertising based on sensitive categories such as health, financial status, ethnicity or race, religious belief, political opinion, trade-union membership, or sexual orientation.
7. Third-party links and analytics
Some content may link to other websites, and we may use third-party analytics to understand overall traffic. Those third parties have their own privacy policies; we cannot control how they handle data, so we recommend reading their notices before you visit.
8. Data security and retention
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data. Non-personal information such as access logs is kept only for the shortest period needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
9. Your rights
Where applicable law allows, you may:
- ask what information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted;
- clear cookies and stored data on your device through your browser settings;
- opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings as described above;
- withdraw consent you previously gave for cookies and personalized advertising;
- email us at the address below with any privacy-related request, and we will respond promptly.
10. Children’s privacy
The content is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and do not serve personalized advertising based on children’s activity. If you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete the information promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Site’s features or applicable regulations change. The revised version will be published on this page with its revision date, and significant changes will be pointed out prominently on the Site. We suggest checking back from time to time.
